The Royal Gorge Holy Smoke Showdown is a Kansas City BBQ Society-sanctioned event that is located adjacent to the historic Holy Cross Abbey in Cañon City, Colorado. This competition showdown will feature the complete four-category BBQ competition per KCBS regulations. The Holy Smoke Showdown is situated right on Highway 50, and we expect up to 7,500 hungry and thirsty visitors to join us in 2012! Look under the "Entry Forms" page for our vendor application.
